Common questions
When am I charged?
Monthly plans are charged when you subscribe. Yearly plans with a free trial are charged at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel before then. The checkout page shows the total including tax before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Online, from your account page, at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. See the refund policy.
Where are subscriptions available?
Subscriptions are not yet available in the European Union, the United Kingdom, India or Australia. Visitors there can still use the free daily allowance or our mobile apps.
I subscribed in the iOS or Android app.
App subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and can't be recognised on the web yet. Your app subscription keeps working in the app — you don't need to buy it again there.
