Privacy Policy

This policy explains what poker.ai-speeds.com and the trainers on it (the "Service") collect, why, and what you can do about it. The Service is operated by an independent developer based in Canada. We collect as little as we can.

Without an account

• You can use every trainer's free allowance without signing up.
• Your practice progress, statistics and settings are stored in your browser (localStorage) on your device. They are not uploaded, and they disappear if you clear your browser's site data.

When you subscribe

• Email address — to create your account, sign you in with one-time codes, and send receipts, trial reminders and account notices.
• Payment details — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. Stripe shares with us the card brand, last four digits, expiry, billing country and postal code, and a card fingerprint. We use the fingerprint only to prevent fraud and to apply the one-free-trial-per-person rule.
• Subscription records — plan, status, dates, amounts and refunds, which we must keep for tax and accounting.

Cookies

• Sign-in cookie — keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary.
• Checkout cookie — a one-time cookie that connects your return from checkout to your purchase. Strictly necessary.
• Referral cookie — set only if you arrive through a referral link, kept for up to 60 days, so the referral can be credited and any referral discount applied. It contains a random identifier only.

We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Anonymous usage signals

The trainers send a small number of anonymous events to our own server (feedback.ai-speeds.com), such as that a session finished or an error occurred. Events contain no name, email or advertising ID. Each trainer lets you turn this off in its settings.

Server logs

Like any website, our server sees the IP address of each request. We use it to keep the Service secure, block abuse, and decide whether subscriptions are available in your region. Logs are kept for a limited time.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing, fraud prevention and tax calculation.
• Our email delivery provider — to deliver sign-in codes and account emails.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting (servers in Sydney, Australia).
• Referral partners — if you bought through a referral link, the partner can see that a referred purchase happened and its amount. They never see your email address or payment details.

We don't sell your data. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Australia.

Emails

We send only emails needed for your account and subscription. We won't send marketing emails unless you separately opt in, and every marketing email would include a way to unsubscribe.

How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account exists. Payment and subscription records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you delete your account, we delete your email address and sign-in data, except where we must keep records by law.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing tangzy09@gmail.com.
• Clear on-device progress at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
• Turn off anonymous usage signals in each trainer's settings.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we will email account holders.
