Terms of Service

These terms apply to poker.ai-speeds.com and the Preflop, Postflop and PLO trainers available on it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by an independent developer based in Canada ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a set of training and study tools for poker strategy. It is not gambling: nothing is played for real money, and there is no wagering, no chip balance and no prizes or payouts, and nothing you do in the Service can win or lose money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy a subscription. The Service is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

Buying a subscription creates an account linked to your email address. Keep access to that email address, because we use it to sign you in and to send receipts and account notices. An account is for one person; please don't share it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Applicable taxes are added and shown at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
• While your subscription stays active, we won't raise the price of your plan. A discount that is stated to last for a fixed period (for example, a referral discount for the first 12 months) ends when that period ends, and the standard price of your plan applies from then on.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it for a limited time. If it still can't be collected, the subscription ends.

5. Free trial

• The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Each person can have one free trial, ever.
• A payment method is required to start the trial. You won't be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the yearly price is charged when the trial ends. We email you before that happens.
• If we find that a trial breaks the one-trial rule, we may end that trial. You won't be charged for a trial we end.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Apart from the refund policy below, we don't provide refunds for partly used periods.

8. Where subscriptions are offered

Subscriptions are not currently offered in the European Union, the United Kingdom, India or Australia, or in countries our payment processor does not support.

9. Mobile app purchases

Subscriptions bought in our iOS or Android apps are sold and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. They are separate from web subscriptions and are not recognised on this website.

10. Strategy content

Strategy content is an approximation of solver play under simplified models. It is provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy or of results at a real table. Your decisions are your own.

11. Acceptable use

Please don't share your account, try to get around the free allowances or paid features, copy or scrape the Service's content in bulk, or use the Service in a way that is unlawful where you live.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any money you win or lose at a real table. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscriptions, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
